Topper Course Finder: The Academic Pathway Finder (APF)

Four Months

The Academic Pathway Finder (APF) Topper Course Finder is a collaborative project undertaken by a team of UX and UI designers as part of a university project at St. Edward’s University. Over a span of four months, the team aimed to address the challenge students face when needing to create their future academic pursuits. To help the students make strategic decisions regarding their course selection, extracurricular activities, and academic recommendations.

An Academic Calendar App that automatically updates due dates. The process included sketching and color palette. Using Figma, a high-fidelity prototype was created, resulting in a user-friendly app. Was made in 2 weeks.

University projector that is controlled with a touch panel. Goal was to create a more understanding volume control for the room. 

Changed the name of the volume, and created new illustrations for the icons. Was actually implemented on campus!

2021

First attempt at creating a walkthrough with a document app as an example. Using Miro to create this walkthrough prototype. Additionally there are sketches seen throughout as well. This project demenstrates my ability to create walkthroughs.
